Through the roundabout and past the security gate (no call-in required between 8 AM -9 PM) take a left turn at the first stop sign you come to with Tournament Drive to your right. Turn left into the Resort Villas community (input code to open the gate) and 407 will be on your right hand side.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES
The taxes and fees listed below are in addition to the monthly rental amount:
- State and Tourist Tax = 13% (renter pays on top of monthly rental rate: 6% Florida Bed tax + 7% Florida State tax)
- Housekeeping Fee = $321
- POA Application Fee = $25
- Resort Villas HOA application =$100
- PGA Resort Lease Processing Fee = $750
- Security Deposit (refundable) = $3,000
